Helping limit Covid-19

We are determined to do our part in limiting the spread of COVID-19 and as many other viruses possible. Below are key efforts.

Sterilizing orders:

  • All orders undergo an average of 45 mins (beginning to end) under UV light
  • Showroom: when showroom opens

Limiting Covid

  • Repairs: Drop off/Pick up only
  • Exams: Appointment only (forms must be filled out online)
  • Prescription eyewear: Appointment only (view our selection)

Personal Protection Equipment (PPE): Staff is provided masks, sanitizer and gloves to handle orders

Temporary hours of operation

Showroom hours:

  • Tues - Thurs: 12:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Saturday: 12:00 am to 4:00 pm
  • Closed: Sun - Mon - Wed- Fri

Online Orders/Customer Service:

  • Monday thru Friday: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (PST)

Product and service available

All products and services are available through our online process. We Stock most parts, but special order parts may take slightly longer due to alternate vendor ‘operating schedules’ due to Covid

How do mail-in orders work?

Complete our one step online order form, which helps you describe what is needed and print the order form and free shipping label with tracking number and no obligation

Send us your eyewear

Package the order(s) securely and send in order. You can also schedule a pick up absolutely free of charge to any valid address

We send you all available options

Once we receive the order, one of our Master technicians will assess the order and email all available options with exact price, a description and a link per option for processing

 Step 4

We send back your eyewear

Once an option is chosen and processed, the order is usually processed and shipped back to you within 24 to 48 hours
