  • 30 Day return/exchange policy on all parts and lenses orders. (from shipping date).
  • 1 Year Warranty on Welds, Solder, and Electro-Fusing repairs and modifications (Unless Notified Prior)
  • All parts and lenses returned must be examined and deemed in perfect condition at our discretion
  • Please allow 2-5 business days to process all returns, exchanges and warranty service (upon receiving)
  • Must supply an existing RMA or Order Id Number

Package the order(s) securely and send in order. You can also schedule a pick up absolutely free of charge to any valid address

We send you all available options

Once we receive the order, one of our Master technicians will assess the order and email all available options with exact price, a description and a link per option for processing

Once an option is chosen and processed, the order is usually processed and shipped back to you within 24 to 48 hours
