Packaging and Tracking your Eyewear

Please Allow 24 to 48 hours after USPS has received your package to Track your Order

What Happens Now?
  Check your email and "Spam/Junk" folder for an email from "mail@worldoptic.com". This email will have a PDF attachment with your free postage for you to print and attach to your package.
  Please note the tracking number you receive with your postage slip; you will be able to track your package Above within 24 to 48 hours of USPS receiving your package.
  Properly Package your Eyewear (See Instructions Below).
  A Carrier will be picking up your package at the address you specified the following day, or you may drop your package off at any post office at your earliest convenience.
  Please Allow one to five business days for us to receive your package.
  Once we have received your eyewear we will have one of our lab technicians assess the eyewear for all available options.
  At this point you will receive an email, at the information you provided, with all available options, descriptions, pricing and a link to our shopping cart.
  We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and PayPal. Our Shopping Cart is 100% encrypted and verified Daily by MacAfee, Verisign and Paypal.
  If you decide not to go through with any option, we will promptly return your eyewear to the information you provided at no charge.
 
Properly Preparing Your Eyewear For Shipping
1.   If your glasses are in multiple pieces, wrap each piece individually with a paper towel or tissue
   

This will help prevent your lenses from being scratched by loose pieces.

2.   Take all wrapped pieces and wrap together and place in a small box to be shipped in.
   

Hard eyewear cases are recommendable, but World Optic does not assume responsibility for cases

3.   Enclose filled out "Order Form" and fill excess space in box with newspaper, bubble wrap, paper towel or tissue.
   

This will assure that the eyewear is properly processed and not bouncing around the box during transit.

4.   Seal  box and place postage label visibly on box. It is okay to use Clear Transparent tape to tape over label.
    Clear transparent tape will help water proof label to prevent barcodes and print from being smeared
